Overview

Dayparted (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides ad-scheduling (“dayparting”) for LinkedIn advertising accounts: you build weekly schedules and holiday rules, and we pause or activate the campaigns you enroll to match them. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we handle it, and your choices. Dayparted is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

Who this applies to

Dayparted is a business tool intended for advertisers and agencies. It is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with LinkedIn we receive basic identity details (name and email) to create your account. We never receive or store your LinkedIn password.
  • LinkedIn authorization. When you connect an ad account we receive OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted at rest.
  • Advertising data. Campaign names, IDs, and status, plus the schedules and holiday rules you configure, and aggregate performance metrics we snapshot to build your hour-of-day analytics.
  • Operational logs. A record of the pause/activate changes we make, for transparency and troubleshooting.
  • Billing information. If you subscribe, payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate and support the service: to authenticate you, read the campaigns you enroll, pause or activate them according to your schedules, produce your analytics, and provide support and security. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising, sales prospecting, or profiling.

LinkedIn data & API compliance

We access the LinkedIn Marketing API only to manage the campaigns you enroll, on your instruction. We handle LinkedIn data in accordance with LinkedIn’s API and Marketing API terms: we do not use it to build or enrich member profiles, for advertising or recruiting use cases, or for resale, and we do not combine it with data obtained by scraping. LinkedIn processes data as described in its own privacy policy.

Storage, retention & deletion

  • OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and access is restricted to the systems that run your schedules.
  • You can disconnect your LinkedIn connection at any time (from the Connect page), which deletes stored OAuth tokens and all associated ad account, campaign, schedule, and holiday data for that connection.
  • You can permanently delete your entire Dayparted workspace with Delete all my data on the Connect page. This removes your account membership, connections, and all stored advertising data.
  • We delete stored LinkedIn/Marketing data when you stop using Dayparted for an account, or promptly if your authorization or our API access is revoked or terminated.
  • Operational logs and aggregate analytics are retained while your workspace is active - your reporting reflects a rolling ~12-week (84-day) window - and are deleted when you disconnect, use Delete all my data, or your LinkedIn authorization or our API access is revoked.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us deliver the service: LinkedIn (Marketing API), Supabase (authentication, database, and storage), our hosting provider, an error-monitoring provider that helps us diagnose failures (limited technical error details, when enabled), and, if you subscribe, our payment processor. These providers process your data only to provide their services to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below; you can also delete stored data yourself by disconnecting your LinkedIn connection or using Delete all my data on the Connect page.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive credentials, access controls, and least-privilege service access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users and relevant parties of material incidents as required.

International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
